AGWA is a global network of over 2700 members, whose work spans a wide range of disciplines and sectors. Our purpose is to support and mobilize this global network to develop, crowd-source, and mainstream the emerging practice of economic and ecological resilience, through water. AGWA is a member-driven network and new members are always welcome. Members of AGWA adhere to a shared vision of sustainable and resilient water resources management, as described in our Community of Practice Charter.
To join AGWA, complete the sign-up form linked below. By filling out this form, you will become an official member of AGWA and are eligible to vote during AGWA’s Annual Members Meetings. You will also be added to our mailing lists. Currently, there is no fee to join.

We regularly interact with members through a variety of formats to share news and announcements as well as opportunities for engagement.
Newsletters. AGWA sends out a monthly e-newsletter called AGWA Updates as well as two topical newsletters: one on climate-water policy, and one around technical approaches to climate adaptation. You can sign up for any/all with the button on this page.
LinkedIn. We have an active presence on LinkedIn, including a general AGWA group for members and a group specifically dedicated to young / early career professionals.
Annual Members Meeting. Each year we hold a meeting open to all members where we discuss programmatic updates and plans for the coming year. Generally, the meetings take place in conjunction with Stockholm World Water Week each year.
