Executive Assistant

Trinity Ille joined the Alliance for Global Water Adaptation (AGWA) team in October 2024 as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, John Matthews, PhD. Ms. Ille brings a deep foundation of expertise in executive-level office management and support, having previously assisted C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, and support staff at prestigious organizations, including Intel, Alpha Media, and HealthSaaS.

Holding a degree in Business Management and Supply Chain Management, Trinity is well-versed in comprehensive company Operations. Her core areas of professional proficiency include detailed documentation, meticulous budget creation and analysis, supply chain and logistics management, staff supervision, human resources, marketing, project management, financial oversight, and end-to-end event planning.

She is proficient across multiple software suites, notably Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and Tableau, leveraging these tools to strategically streamline operations and enhance complex administrative processes.  Trinity excels at creating dynamic meeting presentations and adeptly managing intricate calendars across numerous time zones worldwide. Her steadfast commitment to fostering collaboration and spearheading critical projects has been instrumental in driving the success and efficiency of the executives and teams she supports.

Trinity is deeply committed to environmental stewardship, embracing the spirit of Aloha instilled in her from her hometown roots on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.  In her role at AGWA, she actively supports John Matthews and the AGWA Team in collaborative efforts on water and climate projects to advance global solutions for resilient water resource management.
